The Schooley Mitchell Fuel Program for Citygate Network is an association benefit for members, administered by industry leader Guttman Energy.
It is a fuel-only discount program.
It serves as a management tool to help ministries reduce costs and better control fuel purchases by staff and volunteers.

Available to all active members of The Citygate Network regardless of size or location in the USA.
Note: Not yet available in Canada.
No requirements other than ongoing membership; no minimum fuel purchase required.

This is a standard benefit of your Citygate Network membership.

$0 charge to join the program.
No annual fees.

Discounts vary by geographic location and fuel type:

Minimum: $0.03 per gallon
Unleaded: $0.03 – $0.10 per gallon
Diesel: $0.03 – $0.12 per gallon

There are over 85,000 participating stations across the United States, including major national and regional brands.

Yes, you can request as many physical fuel-only cards as needed.
Cards can be assigned to specific names, departments, or vehicles.
The card is accepted at 85,000 locations but is specifically for participating stations.

No. This is not a standard credit card. It is restricted to:

Fuel (Gasoline/Diesel)
Related items like oil and wipers (approved list available).

It will not work for snacks, drinks, tobacco, or hotel rooms.

Desktop App: A robust portal to set spending limits, manage users, and pause/cancel access.
Mobile: There is currently no mobile app for payments, but a mobile tool is available for locating stations.
