Letter of Recommendation from TIGHTCO

To whom it may concern,

I have known Rod Holter for over 25 years and was delighted to hear that he was representing Schooley Mitchell, and could potentially achieve savings for my business. I knew we could trust Rod and his team to provide this service with professionalism and care that would be meaningful to my business.

Operating a multi-site manufacturing operation has a unique set of challenges. These challenges all too often can distract my team from getting the best value with some of our overhead suppliers. In fact, we simply do not have the data to know what the best deal may look like, but we discovered that Schooley Mitchell does.

Rod’s team analyzed 8 cost categories by reviewing our supplier invoices to determine whether savings could be found. The process is truly seamless for the client. All that was required was a quick conversation about our set up, access to our invoices and contracts, and then Schooley Mitchell did all the work from there.

My confidence was proven spot on when Rod came back to me and presented the report showing that Schooley Mitchell was able to identify more than six figures in annual savings. These savings allow us to better serve our customers and staff, which means a lot to our business.
We are very happy with the work Rod and his team at Schooley Mitchell have done for TIGHITCO and strongly recommend any business or organization take advantage of their services and partnership.

Sincerely,

Mark Withrow,
President & CEO, TIGHITCO

Testimonial Letter From Claggett & Sons Inc

To whom it may concern,

As a General Contractor in Central Ohio, our business is always on the go and always looking for ways to make this business run much smoother. Jim Lichtenberg from Schooley Mitchell has worked tirelessly to make sure we have options that will make us run much more efficiently as well as save money.

A little over a year ago, we were looking for a credit card processing solution. Since we are not a retail establishment, the difficulty with this is finding a processing company that would not charge an outlandish fee on the months we didn’t have any transactions. Recently, we ran into a snag where we sent a rather large amount through, and the processing company flagged it. However, this is where the story gets more interesting. Because we hadn’t been with the processing company long enough to know these kinds of procedures, the email telling us that ·we had a flagged transaction went to the spam folder.

I quickly brought Jim in on this snafu, and he walked beside me every step. He stayed on top of all the communications, touching base with me on a regular basis to make sure I had what I needed and also to make sure I knew he was more than happy to go to bat for me.

It took a little over two weeks to sort out, and Jim was a huge part of the resolution. It is a pleasure to do business with someone who cares about MY business as if it were his own and I highly recommend Jim to help support your business as well.

Thanks, Jim!

Sincerely,
Renae Spurgeon,

Office Manager Claggett & Sons, Inc.

Troy Chamber of Commerce – Women Owned Business Feature

I am absolutely honored and humbled to be highlighted by the Troy Chamber of Commerce as a successful women owned business.

Question : What’s the one thing every woman in their career should know?

Jill’s Answer: “Don’t be afraid to make mistakes – this fear will hold you back. If you aren’t making mistakes, you aren’t taking enough chances. Take the chance, regardless of the outcome you will be better for it. You will learn some wonderful lessons and some heartbreaking lessons, both will help you grow into the woman you are capable of being.”
