Managing Partner - Neil Hostein
Neil is an experienced Account Manager and joined the Schooley Mitchell organization from TELUS Business Solutions. Neil has several years of various Sales and Sales Management positions including 4 years at AT&T Canada (now Allstream). Neil specializes in Call Center configurations and implementations. Very performance oriented, he consistently sets and exceeds all targets.
Neil is a graduate of the University of Windsor, Ontario with a B.A. in Psychology and also has a minor in Business from the University of Western, Ontario. He also holds a Diploma in Marketing and Advertising from St. Clair College and numerous telecom certifications including the Certified Cisco Sales Expert (CCSE) designation.
Managing Partner - John Lake
John is a senior telecom manager with over 24 years experience at Bell Canada, MetroNet Communications and AT&T Canada (now Allstream). With varied ILEC and CLEC experience in many facets of the Telecom Industry including Sales, Marketing, Billing Systems, Personal Computers and Servers, LAN/WAN, Internet, Project Management and Technical Design and Implementation, John brings a well rounded ability to analyze a client's situation and requirements.
John holds a Computer Science degree from the University of Guelph, a Biology degree from McMaster University and also holds Cisco Sales Certification. John participates in continuous professional development and holds certificates in Virtual Private Networks (VPN's), Marketing, Personnel Management and others.
Consultant - Phil Mostert
Phil Mostert has been involved in senior Telecom positions for over a decade at AT&T Canada, FibreWired Hamilton and Mountain Cable. His roles have included business development, marketing and product development. Phil has with worked with clients such as the City of Hamilton, Hamilton Health Sciences, the Hamilton Wentworth District School Board, Stelco (now US Steel) and Dofasco. In addition to corporate clients, he has worked in a consulting capacity for service providers in the areas of Marketing and Product Development.
Phil has successfully launched data services such as Transparent LAN, MPLS, Internet, Managed Storage, Hosted Exchange, Data Centre as well as voice services such as Business Trunks, PRI replacement, Hosted PBX and Managed UC solutions. He has extensive experience working with all of the Canadian wireless carriers as well as with the ILECs and CLECs.
Phil has completed Sales and Marketing components of an Executive MBA program at Queens University. He also holds various certificates from Cisco and project management courses.
Consultant – Lorna Fratschko
Lorna Fratschko joins the Greater Hamilton, Niagara & Wellington County office of Schooley Mitchell professionals with over 30 years of business experience in Southwestern Ontario. Lorna was a successful business owner for many years prior to joining Primus Canada in 1998 and has a solid set of skills to deliver the benefits which her customers expect and need from Telecom Consultants in today’s marketplace.
Lorna achieved top Canadian Senior Account Executive for Primus Canada for a number of years in both data and voice telecom categories. She understands the role of technology in business and is very capable of sourcing, presenting and implementing solutions. Her expertise has positively impacted the bottom line for many of her clients and she always provides the best service possible for her clients while continually keeping up with advancements in technology.
Optimization Assistant & Sr. Office Administrator - Anne Hunt
Anne joins us from London Life where she had the role of Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice-President of Individual Life Insurance. Prior to that she held several Administrative positions with Freedom 55 Financial, the Municipality of Chatham-Kent, and telecom specific roles with Telnet and AT&T Canada. She is a quick starter and does not hesitate to get involved solving customer issues.
Optimization Assistant & Office Administrator – Lori Oldfield
Lori joins us from a background in Customer Service with Union Gas Ltd. She also helps with the administration and bookkeeping of various community volunteer organizations and brings with her an extensive computer based education. She is a quick learner, has a drive for problem solving and enjoys providing clients with excellent customer service.
Cellular Specialist & Support - Deb Schreiter
Deb is a "can do" individual. She is passionate about her work and will tackle any issue. Customer satisfaction is critical to her mandate in achieving results. This combined with her deep technical expertise drives cost-effective results for clients.
30+ years Telecommunications management experience, Call Center, Phone Center, Marketing, Process and Training. Held inter-carrier roles as ILEC coordinator and CLEC coordinator for Bell. Supported the Top 15 Fortune 500 accounts. Develops relationship that ensure clients have a one stop contact for any issues ranging from data to local access. Continuous sales gains within the Call Center environment Contributed to year over year efficiency gains within Call Center and Phone Center teams. Accountable for the on campus marketing program at all University and Colleges in Ontario and Quebec. Over 4 years the program sales results grew by 60% + each year. Initiated the first corporate on-line order services targeted to students. The success of this program resulted in a mass customer on line offering. Instructed for Call Centre Professional Training Course at Conestoga College.
