P&H Milling is the flour milling division of Parrish & Heimbecker, a grain and food company that has been in business since 1909. It is the largest Canadian-owned milling company, with 1,400 employees to serve the demand in two dozen countries, and has mills in Nova Scotia, Quebec, Ontario, Saskatchewan and Alberta.
