I’ve been fortunate enough to meet even a great-great grandparent. My grandparents have had a major impact on my life. Whether it was the watermelon eating contests, instilling work ethic, their care, their stories, the smiles on their faces when I ate everything they cooked, or just the time together. They are some of my fondest, most cherished memories.

For as long as I can remember, I have appreciated and benefited from the experience of spending quality time with older generations.

I say all of this because I feel like I can give back to the senior community by helping providers. Providers are facing a limitless number of challenges with a taxed and stressed workforce, a swelling market of needs, and never before seen rising costs.

If I can help reduce costs without sacrificing services, providers can focus on other critical parts of their budget, such as staff wages, employee appreciation funds, or healthcare benefits, the positive effect of which trickles down to their residents. Or the savings we find might allow for that capital project to get funded or completed, or that new medical device or technology that provides enrichment for a resident. That would be truly awesome.
