Recommendation for CAMO Animal Rescue

To whom it may concern:

I would like to take this opportunity to recognize a fantastic organization, CAMO Animal Rescue. Founded in 2014 by Holly Dool, CAMO Animal Rescue is a non-profit devoted to rescuing dogs from high kill shelters in Houston, Odessa, and Midland, Texas, and the surrounding areas.

CAMO Animal Rescue helps bridge a gap by providing temporary kennel space for dogs until they can be adopted or moved to an out of state rescue partner. These are dogs who would have been euthanized to open up space in overcrowded animal shelters. On average, CAMO Animal Rescue saves 850 lives a year, including senior, heart worm positive, and dogs with special medical needs.

In order for CAMO Animal Rescue to do what it does, it relies on hardworking volunteers, as well as generous financial contributions from community members. The volunteer team ranges in age, but what they do have in common is a love for animals and a devotion to save as many lives as possible. They foster, assist with adoption events, and handle the transportation of dogs from shelter to foster home or foster home to vet visits, as well as picking up and dropping off dog food and supplies that have been donated.

CAMO Animal Rescue is a fantastic organization that is dedicated to helping dogs in need. Without them, many animals would be euthanized unnecessarily. I commend CAMO Animal Rescue and its volunteers for the work they do and encourage anyone who can donate or volunteer to do so.

Sincerely,
