Recommendation Letter for H&N Landscaping

To Whom It May Concern:

We lost my dad earlier this year and among the things he did, was taking care of the lawn. As a former groundskeeper, he always took great pride in keeping his yard mowed and, in the fall, the leaves picked up. When it came time for fall clean-up this year, it became clear we would have to hire professional services to help.

Since we had never used a lawn service in Texarkana, we asked around for some referrals. We received several and called them all. H & N Landscaping was the only one who actually showed up as scheduled. Bruce Hicks, the owner, met with my mom to discuss the yard and what it would take to get it ready for winter. He was kind, patient and knowledgeable; everything we expected from a professional services company. What we didn’t expect was his honesty and willingness to go the extra mile. My parents have a rather large yard and Bruce told my mom that what she was looking for wasn’t something they could do economically.

Then he went back to the office and proceeded to provide her with a number of other contractors that might help her out. He even met them at my mother’s house to make sure they understood what she needed. Later, he followed up with her to make sure she found someone that could, and would, do the work.

In the end, we got what we needed, and even though H & N Landscaping didn’t make any money on the deal, they made a customer for life! It is hard to find businesses who truly go above and beyond –especially when there is no profit in it for them, but that is exactly what H & N Landscaping did.

H & N Landscaping and Nursery is one of the largest retail nurseries in the Ark-La-Tex with an extensive inventory of trees and premium plant material to choose from. They provide Landscape Design & Installation, Hardscapes Seasonal Color Change Out, Landscape Maintenance, Turf & Ornamental Management as well as Irrigation Installation & Service. I highly recommend them for all your landscaping and nursery needs.
