Schooley Mitchell provides access to a variety of resources including, but not limited to, text, photographs, graphics, images, illustrations, audio and video clips, logos (collectively, the “Content”) that are protected by copyright as a collective work and/or compilation under the Canadian copyright laws, international conventions, and other copyright laws.

Collection of information

The collection of personal information about you is not practiced by the Site unless you knowingly provide us with this information through registering for Schooley Mitchell’s annual conference, the Pulse, subscribed newsletters, submitting information via a contact form, or other interactive, online activities. Personal information may include your name, address, phone number, credit card numbers and expiry dates, age and email address.
We may place a temporary “cookie” on your hard drive that will enable you to make use of our online ordering service. If you set your internet browser to decline acceptance of cookies, you may experience technical difficulties when using our online ordering service.
