Q: Who is invited to attend the Schooley Mitchell Annual Consultants Conference?

A: Attendance at the Schooley Mitchell Annual Consultants Conference is mandatory for our Consultants. This means you’ll have exposure to Consultants from our 130 offices across North America. Schooley Mitchell Head Office staff also attend this valuable event.

Q: When is Schooley Mitchell Annual Consultants Conference?

A: The Vendor portion of our Conference takes place November 10-13, 2017. Arrival day is Friday, November 10, while Vendor presentations and networking activities will be held Saturday, November 11 and Sunday, November 12. Vendor departure is Monday, November 13.

Q: Where is the Conference held?

A: The Conference is held at the Hard Rock Hotel & Resort in sunny Cancun, Mexico.

Q: What opportunities can I expect in terms of presenting my services and networking with Consultants?

A: Scheduled activities typically include a Vendor Welcome Cocktail Hour, Vendor Round Table Presentations, Vendor Trade Show & Luncheon, Vendor Appreciation Dinner, and Vendor/Consultant Networking Activities. Our program is designed to maximize the time you have with Consultants, both in individual and group settings.

Q: What is the cost to Vendors?

A: The following options are available:

  • Option 1 – Friday Arrival – Monday Departure – Single Occupancy – $1,950 US funds
  • Option 2 – Friday Arrival – Monday Departure – Double Occupancy – $1,200 US funds per person

Q: Is space limited?

A: All registrations are on first come, first serve basis. We recommend registering early to secure your spot at this exciting event.

Q: Is a deposit required to hold my spot?

A: A $500 US non-refundable deposit is required upon registration.

Q: Are any discounts available?

A: An early bird discount of $200 is available for those who register and pay their full investment fees by June 30, 2017.

Q: When is the registration deadline?

A: Registration deadline is September 30, 2017. All investment fees must be paid in full at this time. Your registration will be forfeited if investment fees are not paid in full by deadline. Refunds will not be available.

Q: Are refunds available?

A: The $500 deposit to secure your spot upon registration is non-refundable. All investment fees must be paid in full by September 30, 2017. If funds are not paid in full, your registration will be forfeited and refunds will not be available.

Q: I’ve registered. Now what?

A: Schooley Mitchell Head Office staff will be in touch to outline specifics, such as shipping options for booths and supplies, airport transportation and topics for roundtables, panel discussions and presentations.
