In this short video, Joe Kraus talks about Slow Tech and how distracted we have become. This is the second issue of a two-part series. Kraus talks about how we have lost creativity and interest, as well as our manners, and describes how to find ‘the zone’.

He discusses the value of ‘gap time’ and even goes as far as saying that occasional boredom can be very valuable to us. He talks about obtaining balance, and training more than just one part of our brains.

He provides some practical tips about increasing long term attention capability, and how to create a balance so we can become more mindful. He has provided a concise view of why we are distracted and therefore less effective, and also how we can start to fix it.
