We often fall in to the trap of picking a single person and naming them the problem solver, the fixer, the knight in shining armor. In reality, interdependence and teamwork consistently result in the real change we strive for.
Teamwork is difficult -- it requires being transparent and vulnerable, which aren't what traditional heroes have been trained to be. But collaborative leadership, where every voice at the table is heard and considered, is the key to getting results that really work.
