John Dryden once said, “We first make our habits, and then our habits make us.” Of course, not all habits are created equal. Some are definitely better for us than others.


We often focus our energy on breaking our bad habits but tend to neglect our good ones. Ditching a not-so-good habit doesn’t happen overnight, and creating new ones doesn’t either.
