About Ian
Ian Stark brings over 35 years of experience in Canadian and International business with a focus on sales strategies, coaching sales, leadership coaching and growth. Ian has held several senior positions, the most recent being Vice President and General Manager of the consulting practice at Infotech Research, a Canadian IT and telecom research company. Under his leadership in the second year the consulting group increased year over year sales by 162%.
Prior to Infotech, Ian was Vice President and General Manager for Meta Group Canada, a company focused on IT and Telecom research and advisory services as well as strategic consulting. During his tenure and under his direction Meta Group Canada became the most successful of Meta Group’s 36 country operations.
Ian started his career with Xerox Canada where he gained experience and expertise in sales, sales training and sales management. After 9 years with Xerox he moved on to fill various rolls with Apple Computer and then founded his own consulting company that focuses on building winning teams through strategic and tactical planning and execution.
