Ronnie’s career spans in excess of thirty years within the Telephony Industry, supporting worldwide deployments of networks for some of the largest providers of voice and data services. As Sr. Director, Global Operations for Fujitsu Network Communications, he was responsible for a team of over 1500 engineers, program managers and business professionals providing all aspects of post sales Customer Support. Ronnie is a strong advocate of metrics based management with an emphasis on cost control, operation efficiency and Customer satisfaction.
Ronnie holds undergraduate degrees in both Engineering and Business Administration and a Masters in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
