Robert has over 20 years experience in telecommunications auditing and billing analysis for corporations and public entities.

 Prior to joining Schooley Mitchell, Robert managed XTC Consulting, the Auditing Division for Xtel Communications, delivering millions of dollars in refunds, credits and future savings to Corporations, Municipalities and School Boards across New Jersey.  Prior to Xtel Communications, Robert was a Senior Auditor for LTC Consulting.

 Robert’s depth of experience with Municipalities’ and School Boards’ unique telecommunications requirements, regulations and tariffs provides enhanced knowledge, security and savings opportunities through both billing error identification and optimization solutions for these customers.
